CEOs, founders, presidents, managing directors, chairpersons, group CEOs, country heads, startup CEOs, women CEOs, young CEOs and senior corporate leaders operating across North America are eligible — whether they lead start-ups, scale-ups, public companies or established enterprises.
Winners are selected through an independent, jury-led, merit-based evaluation. There is no public voting. An expert panel assesses leadership excellence, strategic vision, innovation, business growth, governance, sustainability and market impact on the evidence presented.
