Through an independent, jury-led, merit-based evaluation. There is no public voting. An expert panel assesses leadership excellence, strategic vision, innovation, business growth, governance, sustainability and market impact, judging each nominee on the evidence presented.
Nominations and jury evaluation are conducted remotely, so Italian leaders can participate from anywhere in the country. Honorees are celebrated in person at the World CEO Awards gala in Dubai on Saturday, 14 November 2026, though attendance at the ceremony is the leader's choice.
